Final Notes

The selection process aims to include students from diverse fields and study programmes. Accepted participants will be notified as soon as possible by November 7th via their university email. After reaching the participant limit, additional applicants will be placed on a reserve list.

Important: Selected students are required to attend all workshop sessions (Monday–Friday). Once teams are formed on Monday, project work will be fully collaborative — your active presence and engagement are essential.

Officially, participants will be excused from regular classes at Collegium Da Vinci during this week. Attendance in the SDWS sessions, however, is mandatory and monitored to ensure fairness and collaboration with international guests.

In case of illness or unforeseen circumstances preventing your participation, please inform the organizers immediately (by phone, SMS, or email) and wait for confirmation of withdrawal.

Note: Submission may take 15-20 seconds due to the amount of information being processed.
